| About our owner Chad "C.D." Mudloff .jpg) Chad "C.D." Mudloff was raised in Olathe, Kansas. He graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science Engineering and Management. Chad was also a member of Sigma Lambda Chi International Honor Society for Construction and has completed 30-hours of OSHA certified safety training. After graduating Kansas State University, Chad traveled for nearly 8 years coast-to-coast with Performance Contracting, Inc. as a Project and Area Manager. Chad has also participated in over 200 residential homes in a family owned business. Now back in the Kansas City area, Chad has founded Mudloff Construction and holds contracts with more than 40 subcontractors and accounts with numerous suppliers. Between Mudloff Construction and our team of skillful subcontractors, there is not anything we can't do for our customers. Licensed & Insured: Mudloff Construction holds a Class "A" General Contractors license, #2010-3451. This license allows us to build any project of any size. You will only need - one contractor - one contact. We will handle all the leg work and coordination for your project. All of our sub-contractors are licensed and insured in their given specialty.
